Frequently asked questions

Question: WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Answer:
Delivery time Sweden - 1-3 working days.
Delivery time Europe - 3-7 working days
Delivery time International - 4-12 working days

If you have questions about your delivery time, please check your email inbox. A tracking link has been sent to you. You will be able to track your order approximately 24–48 hours after placing it.

Q: HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

A: To start a return, you can contact us at info@laibsweden.se. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

A: Don't worry if you have not receive the tracking number yet! We will always send the tracking number when your order is close to arrive within the near couple of days. 

Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

A: We ship from our warehouse located in Sweden.

Q: WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

A: We usually manufacture our collections in Asia. For more info, go to ''Our products'' site.

Q: DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF SWEDEN?

A: Yes, we do! An extra shipping fee (around 100-150 SEK) may be added depending on which country you want to ship to. You as a customer are responsible for any additional customs fees. 

Q: IS LAIB A UNISEX BRAND?

Yes most of our items are unisex and can be worn by everyone and anyone.
