WHAT DOES “CHOOSE YOUR IDENTITY” MEAN?
Choose the identity you want to represent on your shirt. We offer 200+ countries, cultures and identities, each with its own designed symbol.

HOW CAN I PERSONALIZE MY SHIRT?
You decide how far you want to take it. Choose your identity, add your own front text, add your name & number - or keep the shirt completely clean. You’ll see your choices on the shirt before adding it to your cart.

CAN I ORDER THE SHIRT WITHOUT PERSONALIZATION?
Yes. Every shirt can be ordered as the original base shirt without adding an identity, text, name or number.

I CAN’T FIND MY IDENTITY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re constantly expanding our list of identities. If yours is missing, contact us and tell us what you’d like to see added next.

ARE THE IDENTITY LOGOS OFFICIAL NATIONAL TEAM LOGOS?
No. The identity symbols used on LAIB shirts are LAIB’s own interpretations and designs, created for our collections. They are not official national team or federation merchandise unless explicitly stated otherwise.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also enter your order number in our chat at any time for help with your order status.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Sweden: 1–3 business days
Europe: 4–9 business days
International: 5–14 business days

Personalized shirts may require additional production time before dispatch.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We ship internationally from Sweden. Available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties or taxes.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SHIRT?
Standard products can be returned according to our return policy. Personalized products made specifically for you may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the product is faulty or we made an error with your personalization. Visit Returns for the full terms and to start a return.

HOW DO THE SHIRTS FIT?
Our shirts are designed as unisex styles. Check the Size Guide on the product page before ordering for measurements and fit recommendations.
