Q: I have not received my order yet. When will it arrive?

A: We want you to receive your products as soon as possible and we usually handle your order within a few days. If you have questions about your expected delivery time, please contact us at info@laibsweden.se

Q: How do I return my product?

A: To start a return, you can contact us at info@laibsweden.se. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Q: Where are your products made?

A: We usually manufacture our collections in Asia. For more info, go to ''Our partners'' site.

Q: Do you ship outside of Sweden?

A: Yes, we do! An extra shipping fee may be added depending on which country you want to ship to. You as a customer are responsible for any additional customs fees. 

Q: Is LAIB a unisex brand?

Yes most of our items are unisex and can be worn by everyone and anyone.
